Refund and Returns Policy

Return Period

  • Standard Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Holiday Returns: For purchases made during the holiday season (November 1st – December 31st), the return period is extended to January 31st of the following year.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Bow ties must be returned in their original box and should not show any signs of use.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Clearance items or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send your items back.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  4. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet the return criteria.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.

Late or Missing Refunds
